Please call Norlight's Network Management Center (NMC) at 1-800-876-7842 with your service-affecting issue.
When calling the NMC, please provide the following information when calling for service:
1. Your company name and callback telephone number.
2. Your Norlight circuit identifier.
3. A brief description of the trouble.
4. Location of the trouble.
