With SmartBill® Connect, Norlight's invoice management and analysis system, you can. A Web-based tool, it empowers you to control, evaluate, validate, and manage your communication usage. You can even look back over the past three months of billing data for historical trending.
With it, you can analyze your Norlight long-distance usage; audio, video and Guardian Meeting Center Web conferencing; Hosted IPLive® calls; and local calls. And, as an online service, you have access to SmartBill Connect and your billing information from any computer connected to the Internet.

Giving you the flexibility to choose the solution that's best for your organization, Norlight offers two versions of SmartBill Connect: Lite and Full.
SmartBill Connect Lite
SmartBill Connect Lite provides a slimmed down selection of reporting capabilities and functionality that includes:
- Standard Consolidated Invoice reports, Detail reports, and Summary reports with many available in both text and graphical formats
- Customization of account codes
- Standard report filters
- Ability to export reports to CSV format
SmartBill Connect Full
Just as the name suggests, SmartBill Connect Full provides all of the functionality available in the Lite version, as well as:
- Management Analysis Reports that provide an analysis of your firm's call behavior
- Standard and User Defined reports and report filters for more detailed analysis with the click of a button
- Ability to customize account names, codes and billing telephone numbers, as well as User Defined Hierarchy
- Maintain a library of favorite reports frequently run in your organization for a quick analysis of the current month's report
- Report scheduling where you can schedule reports to be automatically run on a set frequency or driven by a certain "event," such as new data is available, and then emailed to co-workers you specify
- Security manager & Sharing capabilities to create "user rights" among SmartBill Connect users in your organization and empower them to share customizations with other users
- Re-rating functionality to re-calculate usages and non-usage costs for re-billing, profit center creation, and administrative cost inclusion
- Full export functionality that allows you to export your data in a variety of formats - CSV, PDF, Microsoft® Excel, TIFF, Web archive and XML
