Unified Messaging

Unified Messaging gives you the ability to effortlessly manage all of your messages in one place. Retrieve and manage your voicemail by phone and email. Voicemail arrives in your e-mailbox, where you can reply via email or click to dial a return call. Each of your employees can have a personal Unified Messaging account.

Personal Locator

Norlight's Personal Locator feature is so much more than just call forwarding. It lets you easily control how you'd like your phone calls handled while you are out of the office, ensuring important calls still reach you. You can also further personalize call treatments based on the caller's name or originating phone number. A variety of features are available:

Remote Office: Redirect your office phone number and its functionality to any phone you want, so you can seamlessly work from a remote location as if you were in your own office.

Simultaneous Ring: Select up to 10 phone numbers to ring at the same time when someone calls your office number, making it easy for people to reach you when you're out. You can answer the call from any of the ringing phones.

Web Portal

Intuitive "point-and-click" Web-based control panel lets your employees easily customize, access and use IPLive settings. Your employees can effortlessly manage tasks, such as setting Personal Locator preferences; viewing missed, outgoing and incoming calls; and assigning speed dial numbers. End-users are assigned their own Web portal to perform such activities. The portal is so easy to use, no special training is required.

Microsoft Outlook® Integrated Toolbar

With IPLive's integrated toolbar, you can easily place calls and manage your personal call handling preferences with a few clicks of the mouse while in Microsoft Outlook.
