Attendant Console

For use by "front-of-house" receptionists who handle inbound calls, the Attendant Console provides immediate information to monitor the status of employees' phone use. It can help the receptionist streamline the management of calls, knowing at a glance if a person's extension is idle or busy.

Auto Attendant

More resourcefully handle incoming calls with the Auto Attendant feature, whether you have a full-time receptionist or not. Calls placed to your main phone number are answered by the Auto Attendant, giving callers the chance to connect with their party by dialing the person's name or extension.

Call Center

Automatically process incoming calls placed to a single phone number by distributing them to a group of users or agents. The Call Center feature includes enhanced features, such as agent log-in and log-out; call queuing; overflow control; and reporting capabilities.

Hunt Groups

Efficiently handle incoming calls and provide better customer service with this Hosted IPLive enhancement. An incoming call to a particular phone number is simultaneously routed to all members of a Hunt Group, such as Sales or Customer Service, where the first available person can answer the call.

Integrated Toolbar

With this optional integrated toolbar, you can easily place calls and manage your personal call handling preferences with a few clicks of the mouse while in Microsoft Outlook® and Internet Explorer®.

Receptionist Console

For use by "front-of-house" receptionists who manage and screen inbound calls, the Reception Console delivers rich services in a personalized way through a Web-based interface. With an intuitive design that follows the natural "flow" of a call from the top to the bottom of the screen, it enables receptionists to easily connect, place on hold, transfer and terminate calls with just a few mouse clicks.

Toll-free Services

Make it easy for your customers, vendors and employees across the country to contact you at no charge to them. Norlight can provide you with a new toll-free number or port an existing number to our service.

Calling Card

Norlight offers calling cards with domestic and international call origination and termination, so you can make affordable long distance calls wherever you may be. Charges are simply billed back to your account for trouble-free tracking of calls placed.
