Data Storage Service

Securely store your mission-critical data with Norlight's Data Storage Service, off-site data storage space that you manage. Your data is stored on a disk-based protection system, delivering greater security than tape back-up systems. Network Recovery

• ISDN Dial Backup - Provides low-cost protection to keep your network up and running in the event that your existing dedicated connection (for example private line, frame relay or ATM) goes down. With ISDN Dial Backup, if your existing connection goes down, your router will automatically reroute traffic to keep your network running.
• Managed Services ISDN Dial Backup - Don't want the hassles of configuring your router and Customer Premises Equipment (CPE)? Let Norlight do it for you. This solution provides CPE and router configuration along with ISDN backup service.
  

Site Recovery

• Host and PVC Reroute - Provides a backup Permanent Virtual Circuit (PVC) from a remote site to another host site. This protects the host site and all PVCs associated with the host site in the event of a network failure. You can also add Norlight's Managed Router service for hassle-free configuration of your routers.
• Redirect PVC - Redirects existing PVC from a remote site to another host site. During the outage, all the PVCs attached to the primary host site are redirected to the backup host site. This protects the host site and all PVCs associated to the primary host site. You can also add Norlight's Managed Router Service for hassle-free configuration of your routers.

Email Recovery

Norlight's “store and forward” Email Recovery service serves as a backup mail service, in the event your email server goes down or is unavailable. It will accept email for you, while your email server is down or unavailable, and deliver them when your server is back up.
