Each Business Partner is assigned a manager and multiple layers of sales support to assist you in your efforts. Windstream has multiple provisioning and customer service teams who are available 24 hours a day.
Training
Windstream provides our Business Partners with all the training needed to be an effective partner with your customers. Our training provides a thorough knowledge of our products and Business Partner program. Training is ongoing and will continue throughout your partnership with Windstream.
Marketing Support and Promotions
Windstream provides marketing support materials to aid you in your sales efforts, as well as running promotions throughout the year to afford you the opportunity to close more business and earn more commissions.
