Norlight Expands Service Area of Its Bundled Integrated Communications Offering
Brookfield, Wis. (April 18, 2008) - Norlight, Inc. has expanded the service availability of its IPLive® integrated communications bundles to businesses across the metro Milwaukee area. These expanded markets join IPLive's other service areas of Appleton, De Pere, Green Bay, Janesville, Madison, Menasha, Monona, Neenah, and Oshkosh. Each IPLive bundle provides businesses with high-quality local and long distance phone services and a minimum of T1 Internet access, all delivered over a single, private Internet Protocol (IP) connection, while still using a customer's existing phone equipment and phone numbers.

Journal Communications Completes Sale of Norlight Telecommunications to Q-Comm Corporation
MILWAUKEE & EVANSVILLE, Ind.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 26, 2007--Journal Communications, Inc. (NYSE:JRN) and Q-Comm Corporation announced today that Q-Comm has acquired 100% of the stock of Journal Communications' telecommunications subsidiary, Norlight Telecommunications, Inc., for $185 million, subject to certain working capital and long-term liability adjustments.
