Cinergy Communications Changes Its Name to Norlight, Inc.

In 2007, Q-Comm Corporation, the parent company of Cinergy Communications, purchased Norlight Telecommunications, a Milwaukee-based provider of communications services ranging from business telephone and long distance to long-haul fiber optic transport. Norlight served customers in Wisconsin, Michigan, Illinois and Minnesota, much in the same fashion Cinergy Communications and KDL have served customers in Indiana, Kentucky and Tennessee for more than 40 years.

With the acquisition of Norlight, our Commercial Services division took the new name, making Cinergy Communications our Mass Market division, serving residential and small-to-medium business customers.

Now, we're unifying again, bringing all services together under the Norlight name. Norlight Inc. will provide our commercial and residential services, Norlight Telecommunications will serve Large Enterprise customers, including the Education and Government markets and Norlight Data Center provides high-end services to large commercial customers.

Norlight Inc. brings our original Cinergy Communications team together with our Norlight associates in Milwaukee and other Wisconsin markets to provide you the dedication to quality service you've come to expect. You'll still get local support from the great people you've come to know at Cinergy Communications, with continually expanding service offerings that are growing as our company grows.
