Disconnect Procedures:
Norlight requires a 60-day written notice if a business customer elects to disconnect service. A Firm Order Commitment (FOC) will be sent to all Carrier and Commercial customers requesting identified circuits be disconnected. If you do not receive the FOC, please contact our account management team at 1.800.599.5000.
Residential customers may disconnect or change services by calling 1.800.599.1000.
