Welcome to Norlight Meeting Center. To begin using your conferencing solution, download the User Guide below, or go straight to the web access or telephone access. We hope you'll see why we use Meeting Center even within our own company to save time and travel for meetings.

Norlight Meeting Center User Guide

Access Norlight Meeting Center for Web Conferencing

Go to: http://norlight.conferencing.com.

Click “Moderator Login” or the “Participant Login” button.

Moderators, Enter Meeting Number and the PIN. Click 'Log In'

Participants, Enter Meeting Nunber and click 'Log In'

Access Norlight Meeting Center for Audio Only Conferencing

• Dial your Access Number:
  Note: After dialing the Access Number, all commands and entries need to be preceded by and followed by the star key * on your phone. (i.e. *8523*)
• Moderator Access:
  1. Enter your dedicated Meeting Number (i.e. *123456*)
  2. Enter your 4 digit PIN (i.e. *1234*)
  Please keep your PIN private. Once the moderator enters the PIN, the meeting has begun.
• Participant Access:
  Access the audio portion of the meeting by dialing your Access Number and then entering the MEETING NUMBER surrounded by the star key (*123456*).
  • They will hear music on hold until the moderator joins the call.
  • As participants enter the room, you will be notified by two audible beeps.
  • To end the conference call and disconnect all participants *9*

Other useful features:

• Calls or disconnects Technical Support: *10*
• To lock or unlock 'door' during the conference: *7*
• Mute/Un-mute all participants: *51*
• A participant may request the floor by pressing * on the key pad
• Give the floor to a participant *5*
• Update announcement settings *73*

• Activate/deactivate Roll Call feature *74*
• Force all participants to record name *78*
• Replay number of participants and their names *007*
• Stop the replay of their names **
