Disconnect procedures:

Norlight requires a 30 day written notice if a customer elects to disconnect service. A Firm Order Commitment (FOC) will be sent to all Carrier and Commercial customers requesting identified circuits be disconnected. If you do not receive the FOC, please contact your assigned Account Coordinator or Account Executive.
