Norlight takes the security and privacy of all customers very seriously. Therefore, we request that only the designated company representative(s) report issues to Norlight's Network Management Center.
NETWORK TROUBLE REPORTING
Please call Norlight's Network Management Center (NMC) at 1-800-876-7842 with your service-affecting issue.
When calling the NMC, please provide the following information when calling for service:
- Your company name and callback telephone number.
- Your Norlight circuit identifier.
- A brief description of the trouble.
- Location of the trouble.
